Description of adhesive pads for eyeglasses
Adhesive pads have several names : eye pad, optical pad, etc... but they are all used by opticians to hold the glass lens during polishing or bevelling in the machine provided for this purpose.
There are two types of glass material :
- Organic glass,
- Mineral glass
Our adhesive pads are cut on rotary presses and allow for removal without traces of adhesive residue on the glass.
Our double-sided foam tape is suitable for all types of glass, regardless of the treatment :
- hydrophobic treatment
- anti-reflective coating
- oleophobic treatment
- anti-static
We also offer a dispenser that facilitates the gripping of the adhesive during the bevelling of the glass.
